Refund policy

At Lohiit, every piece is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products:

Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Conditions

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is required as proof
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-returnable

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (these are part of handmade charm)

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Replacements

• We prefer replacement over refund when possible
• Approved replacement product will be delivered with in 7-10 days.
